Graphic Services Installs 15,000 SCFM

To control emissions from the company’s 5-unit Baker Perkins heatset web press, Graphic Services, Rockland, MA has installed a 15,000 SCFM Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer from The CMM Group, LLC, De Pere, WI.

Graphic Services has been providing print solutions to its customers in the commercial, educational publishing and financial markets in New England for more than 30 years. After adding web capacity to its original sheet fed operation, the company is now capable of producing a variety of sizes as well as double parallel formats on a variety of paper.

Designed to exceed all local, state and federal clean air requirements, the RTO unit from The CMM Group is connected to Graphic’s heatset web press where it destroys up to 99% of the VOC emissions generated.
