Job Description: Sales Executive

The CMM Group, a respected supplier of air pollution control equipment, process ovens and aftermarket services to its customers in a variety of industrial markets, continues to expand their Sales and Services team. As Sales Executive you will be the main contact for customers to assess their needs, provide commercial proposals and finalize sales orders. The right candidate will have the proven ability to analyze the needs of the customer, assemble internal resources, and collaborate with external contractors to complete a successful project.

The preferred candidate must have extensive working experience with capital equipment projects and aftermarket services. First-hand experience with air handling, heating and thermal dynamics projects, air pollution control systems, and/or process ovens is desired.

The successful candidate will have an Associates or higher degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience and training.

Candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours and travel approximately 35% of the time. Position is full time, 40+ hours per week. Base pay dependent on experience. Attractive sales commission plan linked to performance.
