Product Specifications
 
1. What is the web material?
    (paper, foil, polyester, propylene, etc.)
 
2. What is the maximum/minimum web weight or the
    maximum/minimum web thickness?
 
3. What is the size of ream being used in square feet or
    square meters?
 
4. What is the maximum/minimum web width?
 
5. What type of coating will be used?
 
6. Is the coverage a dry or wet coating?
 
7. Is the measured coverage a dry or wet coating?
 
8. What is the maximum/minimum coating being applied?
 
9. If the coating coverage is given in thickness, is it
    necessary to get the weight of the coating in pounds
    per gallon or the amount of coating in gallons per hour?
 
10. What is the solvent or combination of solvents being
     used in the coating? (toluene, water, MEK, etc.)
 
11. If a combination of solvents is used, what are the ratios
     or percentages of each?
 
12. How many sides of the web are being coated before it
     enters the dryer?
 
13. What is the speed of the web in FPM?
 
14. What is the maximum temperature and unit of measure
     that the web can achieve?
 
15. What is the temperature and the units of measure of
     the web before it enters the dryer?
 
16. What is the percentage of moisture contained in the web?
     (Example:  Dry notebook paper contains 5% moisture.)
 
17. What is the desired moisture level for the web
     exiting the dryer?
 
18. What is the desired heat source?
 
19. What is the web tension? Specify units of measure -
     i.e. (PLI).
 
20. Standard design is valid to 1,500 feet above sea level.
     If the plant site where the dryer will be installed is over
     1,500 feet above sea level, state the elevation level.
 
21. Are there any special process requirements ie: clean
     room Class 1000 or Class 100?
 
22. Select the type of motor preferred:
    
TEFC - Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled High Efficiency
                         
  (standard used)
     TEXP -  Explosion Proof for Hazardous Locations
     Premium - Premium Efficiency Motors

 
23. Please indicate the amount of ductwork you would like
